Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service provided by bltoto. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

We support BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and other local payment options. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to exploit promotions through coordinated or fraudulent betting will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bltoto will never ask for your password via chat or email.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of bots, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming regulations. bltoto operates under an international gaming license and complies with anti-money-laundering standards.
The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in these Terms & Conditions:
To register and maintain an account with bltoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bltoto platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bltoto reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit any outstanding balances.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify bltoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. bltoto will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials that occurs before you have notified us of the suspected breach.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any of its associated balances or entitlements to any third party under any circumstances.
bltoto is committed to operating in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, we may request identity and source-of-funds documentation from any Member at any time.
bltoto reserves the right to delay or withhold processing any withdrawal request until the Member's KYC verification is complete to the satisfaction of our compliance team. This is not a punitive measure; it is a standard industry practice required to protect both Members and the platform.
KYC verification typically completes within 1–2 business hours during WIB business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Submissions received outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
bltoto currently accepts the following payment methods for Indonesian Members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party payments are prohibited.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing times during WIB business hours are 1–4 hours for bank transfers and 30 minutes to 2 hours for e-wallet withdrawals. bltoto does not guarantee these times and will not be liable for delays caused by banking system outages, national holidays, or force majeure events. VIP Members at Platinum tier and above receive priority processing.
bltoto does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees; bltoto has no control over or liability for third-party charges.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bltoto are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
New Members are eligible to claim a 100% deposit match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 2.000.000. The following conditions apply:
bltoto regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 season. Each promotion carries its own eligibility criteria, minimum odds, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published on the promotion detail page at the time of the offer.
bltoto operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of related winnings, and potential permanent account closure:
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus bets are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Real-money deposits remain withdrawable at any time; however, if a withdrawal is made before bonus requirements are met, the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
All bets are subject to acceptance by bltoto. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: odds were published in error; a bet exceeds the maximum stake for the relevant market; or a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced (unless live in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market).
Sports betting on the platform covers domestic competitions such as BRI Liga 1, international tournaments including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup (Piala AFF), as well as badminton (All England, Thomas Cup), basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Specific betting rules, including settlement procedures for abandoned or suspended matches, are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
A mix parlay (accumulator bet) combines two or more selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are void (e.g., a match is postponed), those legs are removed from the parlay and the remaining selections continue; if only one selection remains, the bet is treated as a single. Specific minimum odds per leg apply — refer to the Mix Parlay Rules page for full details.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live physical equipment (for live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. bltoto is not liable for losses incurred during technical outages mid-session; interrupted rounds will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by certified third-party draw systems. bltoto publishes draw schedules in WIB and bears no responsibility for losses arising from a Member's misunderstanding of draw times, market closures, or prize calculation methods. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bltoto platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
bltoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and the account carries a positive balance. bltoto will notify the Member via the registered email address at least 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower). Accounts with a zero balance and no login activity for 12 months may be permanently closed without further notice.
All content on the bltoto platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game mechanics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bltoto or its licensed partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Ezugi). No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bltoto.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This license terminates automatically upon closure of your account or breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bltoto, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bltoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Members via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and corrections may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bltoto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits bltoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
